The group consists of a heat exchanger with two brass torpedoes inside the boiler, which create the water flow. This design allows for even and constant heating of the water. Furthermore, the group guarantees the creamiest blends and temperature stability, even with multiple coffees brewed consecutively.
This allows you to adjust the lever pressure to find the optimal pressing force for the various types of pods on the market. The pod press can be rotated manually without the use of tools. Rotating it clockwise softens the lever, while rotating it counterclockwise hardens it. Furthermore, you can easily compensate for gasket wear or the physiological mechanical failure of components, without requiring the intervention of a technician.
Only Aroma machines have a removable filter holder. With a few simple steps, you can completely remove the filter holder and clean it. A fixed filter holder doesn't allow you to remove the coffee deposits that form inside. Washing the filter holder with plain water once a week will ensure your coffee machine always performs at its best.
Thanks to the elegant, removable stainless steel rack, you can rest your cup for a perfect espresso. Reducing the distance between the spout and the cup prevents the coffee from losing its creaminess and consistency.

The brass brew group ensures extra creamy brewing and temperature stability even after multiple consecutive coffees. The gray color is due to the surface treatment applied exclusively to our brew groups. This treatment complies with stringent German food contact regulations and prevents the release of lead and other harmful substances, as the brass content is higher than in the standard mixed brew group.
The 95°C high-temperature thermostat, compared to the standard 93°C one, is designed for those who prefer extra-hot coffee. It's ideal for robust blends to bring out their intense flavor. We recommend preheating the cup if it's glass or ceramic to avoid thermal shock, or using a disposable paper cup.
With this option, you can set the length of your coffees, whether long or short. Delivery will stop after a number of seconds you set yourself. Furthermore, the buttons feature a standby mode, so the machine will automatically turn off after 9 minutes if not in use, saving you significant energy and ensuring a worry-free coffee break.
