If Italians truly loved grinding, measuring, levelling, tamping and cleaning coffee grounds, why did they invent the paper pod?

At Bottega Coffee, we knew there was a better system. Easier than traditional espresso, healthier than capsules, cleaner than both. So we brought beautifully simple coffee to Australia, from the country that had been serving it up for over 50 years.
