The beans come from India, Central and South America and will be in limited edition carefully selected. Through the gentle roasting in the traditional rotary drum unfold subtle Chocolate notes and Malty nuances that give the coffee an elegant depth. The taste is very soft in acidity , creamy and perfectly balanced – ideal for those who prefer a particularly fine espresso with a gentle character.

The Royal Site of Carditello, also known as the Royal Palace of Carditello, is a Bourbon residence dedicated to hunting, breeding royal horses, and experimental agricultural production. Since 2016, the monumental complex has been managed by the Royal Site of Carditello Foundation, established by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism, the Campania Region, and the Municipality of San Tammaro to promote its awareness, protection, restoration, and enhancement.
