We’ve used the Swiss Water Process, a chemical-free method that gently removes caffeine using only water, temperature, and time, to ensure the bean's integrity remains perfectly intact.
The result is a powerhouse 50% Arabica and 50% Robusta split that defies the decaf stereotype. It delivers a "typical Italian" experience: dark, syrupy, and full-bodied. You get the same thick crema and cocoa-driven intensity as our caffeinated classics, just without the midnight ceiling-staring.
