At Bottega Coffee we are committed to ensuring the product we deliver is of a high standard and want you to be pleased with your purchase and confident with your shopping experience.

Customers should contact us immediately regarding any problems or concerns they have. We aim to give you complete service and satisfaction within the shortest time frame possible.

2. Privacy Policy

Bottega Coffee cares about your personal information and how it is used and shared, we respect your privacy. The information collected about you assists us in processing your order and improving the shopping experience and to communicate with you regarding products, services and promotions. Personal information will only be collected to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes. All information that you provide will be stored securely.

All credit card data is handled by a third-party payment gateway provider: Shopify. We do not receive your credit card details from Shopify.

The information you provide is seen and used only by us, and only for the purposes of personally contacting you. Occasionally we may contact you to let you know of new products, special promotions, and newsletters.

If at any point in time you wish to be removed from our database, please contact us at info@bottegacoffee.com.au and we will immediately act on your request.

Bottega Coffee will not be responsible or liable for any loss of privacy, disclosure of information, harm, damage or loss that may result from the transmission of your or any information which is out of our control.

3. Returns Policy

At Bottega Coffee we pride ourselves on our selection of domestic and international brands. Accordingly, we want you to be pleased with your purchase and be confident with your shopping experience

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS

If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service team on (03) 9853 8041 or alternatively email info@bottegacoffee.com.au within seven (7) days of receipt of goods. Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged, incorrectly shipped or vary from their description, Bottega Coffee will provide an exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment, provided that:

  • Items are returned within thirty (30) days of the time of receipt of goods;
  • You have proof of purchase; and
  • Items are in original and undamaged packaging

If you believe your item is faulty after the seven (7) day criteria, Bottega Coffee may require you to send the item back at your expense for assessment. Costs will be reimbursed on receival of the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy.

All returns should be sent in their original packaging.

PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF THE INVOICE OR PACKING SLIP THAT ACCOMPANIED THE ORIGINAL ORDER.

4. Change of Mind Policy

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to issue a refund if you change your mind.

5. Refunds

Whenever possible, Bottega Coffee will repair or replace damaged or faulty goods; If this is not possible a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

If applicable, postage/courier costs will be reimbursed on receival of goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. All returns should be sent in their original packaging.

PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF THE INVOICE OR PACKING SLIP THAT ACCOMPANIED THE ORIGINAL ORDER.

7. Correction/Updating Personal Information

If your details change, you’re entitled to change or correct your personal information that we hold. If required, all you need to do is go to your Customer Account and update your details.

If we ever change the ‘Terms & Conditions’ we will post those changes on this website.
